The Start-up Mentoring of the Technische Universität München supports science-based high-tech start-ups at TUM specifically in the early phase (before and at market entry). As a start-up you profit from the expertise of your mentor and valuable contacts to potential business partners.

We arrange TUM start-ups with volunteer mentors and make contact with experts who will help you to solve upcoming challenges to cope with. In order to direct the concerns of your team as precisely as possible we ask you to fill in this questionnaire. Thereby we can best possible matchings between you as founder and our experts manufacture.

IMPORTANT:To be eligible for the mentoring program of TUM you have to initially participated in the TUM Gründungsberatung. Your responsible start-up consultant will then advise you whether mentoring is appropriate in your current foundation phase appears to be sensible. I agree that my data will be processed at TUM within the scope of TUM entrepreneurship for the following purposes: Establishing contacts and maintaining relationships, initiating matchings with experts, preparing TUMentrepreneurship formats (mentoring discussions, workshops, lectures), start-up consulting, events and meetings, entrepreneurship research, statistics and evaluation.

The data will be deleted 1 year after termination of the start-up support or after leaving the start-up network.

I can withdraw my consent at any time for the future without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. The cooperation between teams of founders and experts within the TUM entrepreneurship network of experts is personal, voluntary, unpaid and honorary.

The placement of the experts in the TUM entrepreneurship network is done to the best of our knowledge and belief. TUMentrepreneurship merely initiates the matching and initiates the relationships, but does not take any responsibility for their course, possible developments and consequences. Any liability in case of unwanted consequences of the initiated relationships is excluded.

The persons involved in mentoring and any TUM/em>entrepreneurship formats (talks, workshops, etc.) are obliged to treat all information about start-up companies they come across as confidential. The cooperation is carried out to the best of their knowledge and belief. The liability of the experts as well as the founding teams is excluded. This does not apply if the expert or the founding team intentionally violates their obligations under this agreement. Liability for consequential and financial losses (e.g. loss of profit) is excluded. The above limitations of liability do not apply to injury to life, body or health.
